Refund & Returns Policy

At ROAD BURNERS (PVT) LTD, trading as ROADBURNERS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition — unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Helmets must not show signs of use, scratches, or removal of inner liners/padding.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging (box, bag, etc.).
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been used, worn, or show signs of wear.
- Products with removed or damaged tags/labels.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Sale/clearance items (unless defective).
- Custom-sourced products ordered through our Custom Request service (unless defective or not as described).
- Personal hygiene accessories (balaclavas, helmet liners) — for health and safety reasons.
3. How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at roadburnerslk@gmail.com or call +94 76 395 0523.
- Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return shipping instructions.
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
4. Return Shipping
- Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a pickup where possible.
- Change of mind / wrong size: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Products must be shipped back within 3 days of return approval.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method:
- Card payments: Refund within 5–10 business days (depends on your bank).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return. If the requested size/colour is not available, a full refund will be issued.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
- Do not discard the product or packaging until the issue is resolved.
8. Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before payment is collected, at no cost. Since no payment is taken for pre-orders, no refund is necessary upon cancellation.
9. Custom Request Orders
Products sourced through our Custom Request service are eligible for return only if they are defective or materially different from the agreed specification. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for custom-sourced products.
